Information Booth

To find out everything there is to know about the Centre, proceed to the Information Booth, where a bilingual hostess is on duty during shop opening hours. She can tell you where shops are located and where to get the services.

Shopping guides and restaurant guides are available at the Information Booth.

They list all of the Centre's shop brands, the services available, and a map of both levels to help you get around on your next visit.

Located on Level 1 in the central mall, at the crossing of the aisles.

Relaxation areas

Spacious, well-lit relaxation areas have been laid out for your comfort at Gates 6, 5, 2 and 1 on Level 2, and at Gates 4 and 3 on Level 1.
Bus drivers can relax there while their passengers shop at Cité Europe, special premises have been set up for them where everything has been thought out for their comfort (TV, video games, showers, and even complimentary frozen food and drinks

supplied by the Shopkeepers Association).

Ask the hostesses at the reception desk.

Toilets

All toilets are free. They feature all necessary comfort:
- Ladies toilets, with 12 stalls.
- Gentlemen's toilets, with 7 stalls and 7 urinals.
Located on Level 2, by Gate 8.

Escalators and moving walkways

There are many escalators located throughout the Centre. A moving walkway at the Carrefour hypermarket exit will help you get around with your trolley.
