Cité Europe's services helps you to have a good time, with parking at your disposal to facilitate your access to the center, services to simplify your life for you and your family, and to provide well-being and comfort.

A free, 4,200-spot car park is available to you at Cité Europe.

 

The Cité Europe car park includes 50 spots reserved for tour busses.

 

The car park includes spots reserved for disabled visitors by Gates 2, 1 and 4. To access the disabled car park, please show your card to the video camera located at the car park entrance.

 

These areas are indicated by orange signs located by the Centre's entrances.

ATMs are located at the following spots:
- At Gate 8 (Level 2)
- In front of Tesco's (Level 1)

 

Cité Europe provides motor-disabled visitors with electric scooters, free of charge. They may be booked ahead of time. Please ask the hostesses at the reception desk.

 

Baby-minding facilities are available at Cité Europe. They consist in cabins fully equipped for mother and child comfort. Nappies and potties are available free of charge to mums. Older children may enjoy the games areas while waiting for the babies to be changed.

Located on Level 2, by Gates 8 and 2.

 

Cité Europe provides a games area on the second floor for your children's comfort: they are ideal for keeping the older ones busy while babies are being changed.
Located on Level 2, by Gate 2.

 

The little ones will really enjoy the little kiddie cars, and this will make your shopping easier! Safe and practical, the little cars are intended for children aged 2 to 5 and equipped with brakes and a safety belt, as well as a basket to help parents carry their purchases. More information at the reception desk.

 

To find out everything there is to know about the Centre, proceed to the Information Booth, where a bilingual hostess is on duty during shop opening hours. She can tell you where shops are located and where to get the services.
Shopping guides and restaurant guides are available at the Information Booth.
They list all of the Centre's shop brands, the services available, and a map of both levels to help you get around on your next visit.
Located on Level 1 in the central mall, at the crossing of the aisles.

 

Spacious, well-lit relaxation areas have been laid out for your comfort at Gates 6, 5, 2 and 1 on Level 2, and at Gates 4 and 3 on Level 1.
Bus drivers can relax there while their passengers shop at Cité Europe, special premises have been set up for them where everything has been thought out for their comfort (TV, video games, showers, and even complimentary frozen food and drinks supplied by the Shopkeepers Association).

All toilets are free. They feature all necessary comfort:
- Ladies toilets, with 12 stalls.
- Gentlemen's toilets, with 7 stalls and 7 urinals.
Located on Level 1 & 2, by Gate 8.

 

There are many escalators located throughout the Centre. A moving walkway at the Carrefour hypermarket exit will help you get around with your trolley.
